A: Computer crime is generally defined as any crime accomplished through special knowledge of computer technology. With the advent of the computer, criminals have found a new way to commit crimes. A computer crime is any unlawful activity that is done using a computer. Encompass unauthorized or illegal activities perpetrated via computer as well as the theft of computers and other technological hardware.

A: One of the examples of a computer crime is "salami slicing is the practice of stealing money repeatedly in extremely small quantities".

A: Piracy or the unauthorized copying, reproduction, dissemination, or distribution, importation, use, removal, alteration, substitution, modification, storage, uploading, downloading, communication, making available to the public, or broadcasting of protected material, electronic signature or copyrighted works including legally protected sound recording or phornograms or information material on protected works, through the use of telecommunication networks, such as, but not limited to, the internet, in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights shall be punished by a minimum fine of One Hundred Thousand pesos (P 100,000.00) and a maximum commensurate to the damage incurred and a mandatory imprisonment of six (6) months to three (3) years.

- Hacking of grades of the student must be prohibited.
Punishment: Whoever is caught like this must be suspend in the university or hard labor.
- Playing computer games during laboratory and class hours must be prohibited.
Punishment: Whoever is caught such activity will get a penalty or fines.

As the world of computers evolves, computer ethics continues to create ethical standards that address new issues raised by new technologies.
